With the rapid development of both RFID tags and reader technology, the world came together to demonstrate all of the latest RFID solutions at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando from 10th - 12th April and Codegate were there to find out more.
Once again, we were pleased to see that new readers were offering improved performance, opening up the use of RFID to more applications and industries back in the UK.
Dual technology tags are becoming more popular allowing short distance reading to be done using NFC and long distance with UHF. BLE is also an expanding market and offers new opportunities for applications.
