Reporting on delegate attendance is valuable information to sponsors, organisers and exhibitors. Track Delegates will give you further insight in to who attended, when, and where, and gives exhibitors instant access to delegate demographics for follow up. Using the wireless option up-to-the-minute delegate stats are available.

How it works

Behind the scenes Codegate accesses to the delegate list from the registration system. Delegate badges will be printed with a 1d or 2d barcode. Codegate can assist with printing cards or badges if required. Data collectors are hired from Codegate, sufficient to cover all access points and participating exhibitors. As delegates roam around they are simply scanned to register location, date and time.

The scanning terminal can store thousands of scans, which can be synchronised to a PC at any point during the day. Captured data is automatically merged back with the registration data. Alternatively wireless portable data collectors can be deployed, to deliver data instantly back to the database.

Detailed reports

Reports generated include delegate attendance lists per designated time period, plus graphs of attendance trends over time of day, seminar attendance, enquiry attendance on specific exhibition stands, estimated time at event.

Optional enhancements include a web portal to display tracking results in real time.
