Manage last minute visitors efficiently
Codegate can take care of local registration throughout the event. The system is designed to synchronise with the main CRM system or event database, such that changes can be made locally to demographic information. This allow mis-spelled names, incorrect access privileges and wrong company information to be corrected, and new passes or badges printed.
The software is server based, allowing any number of local workstations to be set up to suit the size of the event. Different printing options are available for the badges, including thermal label printers, plastic card printers or office printers.
Badges can be printed with photographs, proximity tags or bar codes as required.
The database is designed for interoperability with other Codegate event systems such as access control and delegate tracking. If a local wireless network is deployed all database synchronisation is instantaneous.
Codegate provides on-site installation and project management services to cover the whole event.
