Second line support

Most U.K. GP Practices are covered by Second Line support. In this instance the First Line support is provided by the LHB, CCG or other organisations who are typically responsible for IT Systems. If your LabelTrace support was taken out by them then they should be your first point of contact.

First line support

In instances where GP Practices have First Line support then they should contact the LabelTrace Helpdesk on the above tel. number or email address.

What annual support gives you

  • Unlimited access to our helpdesk and engineers, by phone, email or fax.
  • Free updates to your LabelTrace software and support on any software or system queries.

Annual support does not cover the following

The following situations are not covered by the maintenance, but can be carried out by our engineers for a small additional charge:

  • Moving over to a new clinical system, even if it is from the same supplier
  • Visits to site and system health checks
  • Printer hardware
  • Carrying out remote updates to software on your behalf

Please note LabelTrace support is only available if you have a current maintenance contract. If you do not have a valid contract you will need to take out a back dated renewal in order to access support.
