Printer Ribbons
Ribbons are supplied on 0.5 in core (for desktop printers) or 1 in core (for industrial printers). Three general types are available:
- Resin - where resistance to chemicals and heat is essential
- Wax / Resin - high quality durable printing on most types of material
- Wax - for standard printing on paper labels
Please note it is critical to match the ribbon to the label material. Incorrect matching will result in smearing or flaking of the print.
