Established in 1994, Codegate has a rich history providing 'track & trace' business solutions, with particular emphasis on mobile.

May 2002: Acquired RCAI, a software company specialising in the development of mobile and web supported applications.

November 2007: Acquired i2 Mobile Solutions Ltd (i2MS), gaining additional expertise in the development of mobile retail and logistics systems.

The consolidated business has software development at its heart and is steadily building its intellectual property and value. Today Codegate remains a private company, its shares 100% owned by the current directors.
